@robinince On the subject of architecture crawls, I don't suppose you've ever headed along the Clyde a bit, to visit the ruins of St Peter's Seminary, in Cardross?It's a bit of a schlep if you've limited time, but it's really something.

@Jess.Stetson It's a piece of cake. Just have your assistant stand upwind holding a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood to create a wind shelter. He/she has to do it just right so as not to cast a shadow though. Maybe a giant geodesic half-dome made of transparent material would work better. Or, you could just stand there rock still and wait for that half-second per hour when there is absolutely no wind. Follow me for more useless tips!

@AubrietaIndeed. I took a lot of photos of miniature goats that day because they were so cute. But sadly, there is no money to be made in goat portraiture.
