@Bette It’s really lovely, in a gorgeous setting — and has great staff. It’s really helpful to have that staff to rely on when needed.

@firefly And I've just signed the hospice paperwork, and a hospice nurse will be seeing him tomorrow. It's obvious from this last attempt at getting him care (due to some falls) that sending him off to a hospital or other facility is really not something he's going to want at this point in his life. If what he wants more than anything is to be at home, we'll make that happen. (His home is very nice, indeed.)

@joyce It is definitely a mixed up day. I have a lot of thoughts about Kent State and the years since, but I'll keep those to myself because there are too many four-letter words.I do hope your dentist visit is painless and that the read-through is also pain free.
