      While I'm concerned about my diet (due to a few chronic health conditions), gut biome isn't really a specific concern.

            @ScienceDesk @BBCNews I pour a little kefir on my oatmeal and add a little sauerkraut or kimchi to my lunch and don't think much about it.

            Until it's time to make another batch of one of the above. That's the fun part.
