@ProPublica not into english audio things, but yes, I generally ask for the same brand (it is a Generikum, but not the cheapest one) for my Cetirizine because of worse "whole package" with some cheaper ones, texture and so on, not effects or side effects

@ProPublica My step-mother's insurance stopped covering a brand name drug and put her on a generic. She had a very bad reaction that put her in the hospital. It's common knowledge that generics aren't always as good, but it's nice to see some reporting being done on it.

@ProPublica Pharmacies package prescription drugs in their own bottles. They don't include the nane of the company which produced the drugs, and pharmacies use different sources for generic drugs the patient doesn't know.
