Apparently med-mastodon.com went offline with no warning sometime around Dec. 28. I'm hoping @bicmay and @gregggonsalves re-establish a presence somewhere else.
@cbarbermd@med-mastodon is apparently now @cbarbermd, going from 1.6K followers to only 2.
Not much info about what happened except for this Reddit post:

Thank you for the summary! Glad to be back on Mastodon. I was trying to start from scratch on another instance and waiting for approval. At least now I can download my information and figure out all the accounts I was following!

And if you don't want to move, you can stay put, since med-mastodon seems to have a good new admin, with everything still in place.
Downloading backups would still be a wise move, though.
