🥲What a run. I will be on my other mastodon accounts for now, while I await a new medicine focused server.

@DocCarms I don't think anyone knew before med-mastodon went down around Dec. 28. No one was able to migrate. It's a horrible situation.

@doccarms@mstdn.social I spun up a new medicine focused server at postcall.pub
It runs NodeBB, a forum software, but federates just like Mastodon does. Hopefully you can find a home here

@jeridansky @DocCarms someone replied to me with a link to twitter thread showing people have offered to take over for a bit, and this might still happen as Nick did actually respond at one point

So then at least we'd be able to let people know and migrate some stuff (even to existing/new accounts)

Honestly that would be wonderful as a transitionary phase, so people can get their follow lists exported, even if their content can't be.
