That's not 'policing you'.You explicitly told me not to repeat what I'd said. Which is fine for stopping misinfo spread - if it is actually that. And it's clearly at the very least contentious, not as settled as you claimed.

I've always been warned by doctors and dentists that my ability to feel physical pain seems significantly *diminished* compared to most people, especially with more extreme forms. I once broke my ankle in three places without even realizing I was injured. Another time I was told that if I'd waited an extra day to come in to the ER that my leg would have had to have been amputated. I only came in because it was looking kind of funny and felt a bit hot. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
